Traditional Ground Beef Empanada: Mama Elena’s family recipe with ground beef, green olives, green onions and hard-boiled egg.

Spinach and Mushroom Empanada: Creamed spinach with sauteed mushrooms, cheese and a hint of lemon.

Chicken Tinga Empanada: Chicken braised in our housemade salsa broth.

Black Bean Empanada: Black beans, yellow rice and hot sauce. Vegan.

Sausage Empanada: Argentine sausage, yellow rice, hot sauce and housemade chimichurri.

Ham and Cheese Empanada: All natural ham with caramelized onions and white American cheese

Samosa Empanada: Inspired by Parna; Jesse’s Indian nanny; potatoes, carrots, corn, and green beans sauteed with ginger, garlic and curry. Vegan.

Cheese Steak Empanada: chopped sirloin with bell pepper, jalapeno, chimichurri, caramelized onion, provolone and white american cheese.

Chicken Salad Slider: Chopped grilled chicken breast with red onion and mayonnaise.

Lentil Vegetable/Cup: Hearty and healthy! Garnished with parmesan cheese. Available vegan upon request.

Butternut Squash Bisque/Cup: Rich and velvety smooth! Garnished with green onions. Available vegan upon request.
